We founded this program with a clear vision: to create a pure, positive space dedicated entirely to the love of the game and the development of our athletes.

• Focus on the Game (No Outside Agendas): We leave politics, external noise, and outside agendas at the door. When we step onto the field, our sole priority is working together and enjoying the sport.
• A Conflict-Free Environment: Drama and toxicity have no place in our program. We foster a culture rooted in respect, open communication, and positivity—ensuring a safe environment for players to learn, make mistakes, and grow.
• More Than a Team—A Family: We measure our success by the strength of our bonds. We look out for one another, celebrate each other's success, and support our teammates through every challenge. When you join this team, you join a community.

Our program is dedicated to building elite athletes and exceptional leaders through four foundational pillars:

• Comprehensive Player Development: We are committed to refining technical skills, athletic IQ, and personal character—building the tools needed to succeed on the field and in life.

Players must not turn 11 before May 1, 2027

 While 10U is our starting line, it is certainly not the finish line. Our long-term mission is to create a complete, seamless pipeline that supports athletes through every stage of their journey.

As our 10U program hits its stride, our next phase will be investing directly into additional age groups. Expanding our reach will allow us to deliver our core values, high-level development, and overall mission across all divisions.
